We started our own organic farm to supply our restaurants, called Water Boy Farms. The name is derived from Rick’s father, who as a state championship basketball and football coach, taught him to treat the water boy the same as the quarterback. This farm reflects the servitude mentality that we have as a company. And we seek people who carry this humble service gene.

 The Farm

Our farm brings new meaning to “farm to table”. Water Boy supplies flowers, microgreens, produce, and honey from its 24 beehives to Rick’s Chophouse and Harvest. For increased sustainability, all eligible kitchen waste is taken to the farm and composted for the garden. This agricultural connection really drives home the journey from the farm to the table for our employees and guests.
